The only two drawbacks that I see are lack of on demand that stinks and the price.
So all in all I think that U-verse is a great tv choice all the way around. Other channels are doing the same as the Disney channel. They are not in sink. For example when someone is talking in any video.
The subtitle changes before the person talking can finish what they are saying. The subtitles seem to be ahead of all videos in this app, my att app download. And sometimes the subtitles show up after the person in the video is finished talking.

I downloaded the app and found that it lacks the ability to turn on or off the receiver boxes. Get over it or hire someone who can make it work properly.
